Hero Equipment Manager records each owned hero's current equipment and uses it for private readiness and formation planning. It does not move gear or change anything inside Last Z. 1. Open Season Command and select your server's current season. 2. Open Hero Lineup, expand Hero Stats & Ownership, mark each hero you own, and enter current power, level, and stars. 3. Expand Hero Equipment Manager. 4. Use Hero to equip to select the hero you are recording. 5. Record Gun, Helmet, Armor, and Boots exactly as shown in the game. 6. For each standard slot, select rarity: None, Green, Blue, Purple, Orange, or Mythic. 7. Enter the equipment enhancement level from 0 through 100. 8. Enter the promotion stage from 0 through 5. 9. Check Exclusive equipment owned only when the selected hero has it, then enter its level. 10. Change fields normally; the planner saves after you finish each change. No separate Save button is required. 11. Confirm the selected hero shows an equipment-readiness percentage and that formation slots show gear summaries. 12. Build a complete five-hero formation and review missing-equipment, front-row defense, and back-row attack warnings. 13. Choose Optimize equipment for current five when you want a suggested redistribution of the standard equipment already recorded. Exclusive equipment remains with its original hero. 14. Make any recommended equipment moves manually inside Last Z. 15. Use Clear this hero's equipment only when you need to erase all recorded equipment for that hero. Hero ownership, power, level, and stars remain saved. Recommended order: select season, mark owned heroes, record stats, record equipment, build the formation, review readiness, run the optimizer, and confirm all final decisions in the live game.
